Train your brain to stop predicting when it starts, because you can and because if you don't, anxiety kicks in.
Here's what I mean, you woke up today and you started thinking about your to-do list, "I have to feed the dog, send that email, buy that protein powder, get a workout in, call mum, clean the bathroom" and instantly your anxiety dials in and you are feeling off. The emotions that were previously attached to each of these chores brought you to this moment.
Which brings me to this simple idea of our complex body and brain. You have control over your emotions more than you think, you can attach any emotion and change any emotion to whatever you are doing, and gradually, the old negative emotion will die.
